  1. Provide Consumer KPIs, Reporting and Analytical Capabilities
  • Use advanced analytics to track consumer behavior and engagement; develop with the brands segmented communication strategies to maximize annual spend, retention and loyalty

  • Develop standard recurring reports to monitor the health of the business

  • Effectively utilize agencies to scope, execute and deploy advanced analytical methodologies

  • Support annual CRM business review for NA brands: provide insights to help brands better understand business challenges and identify marketing planning opportunities

  1. Provide campaign management and strategy consulting to NA brand teams
  • Collaborate with the NA brands on the design and the execution of marketing campaigns

  • Project manage all campaigns from beginning to end ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery

  • Perform a response analysis, and analyze results to recommend strategies to continuously improve the campaign ROI

  • Conduct regular operational calls/meetings with the NA brand teams to provide status on current projects, and to discuss upcoming projects

  1. Support the acquisition and integration of other CRM data sources
  • Perform consumer analytics and generate standard reports using retailers’ data, and partner with brands on how to best “diagnose” their retailer businesses and then use learning to action to improve accordingly

  • Innovate with our retailer partners in leveraging their own databases to drive sales and loyalty

  • Develop competency in the 3rd party database query tools to support the training of the brands and increase utilization

  1. Collaborate with database vendors to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of the database
  • Act as primary point of contact for database related questions for internal and external stakeholders

  • Liaise with database vendors and internal technical support on issues

  • Assist in the onboarding of new data sources (email disposition, mobile, web behavior, etc.)

  • Participate in projects related to CRM in support of organization’s strategic vision

Qualifications

 3 years of experience in CRM and Consumer Analytics

 3 years of programming experience in SAS

 Proficient in SQL

 Hands-on Experience in Campaign Management tools such as Adobe or SAS Campaign Management

 Highly experienced in CRM technology management, with an understanding of marketing and operational databases, segmentation and statistical modeling

 Passion for data-driven marketing and business intelligence across all B-to-C channels; proven success in utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action

 Understanding of the interplay between online/social and traditional channels

 Experience in retail or consumer products is preferred, but not mandatory

 Experience in Tableau is desired, but not mandatory

The primary objective of this new Regional role is to support the Corporate Center of Excellence for CRM and Consumer Analytics in North America, which will provide the brands with better and timely consumer insights and campaign management to increase the ROI and the customer lifetime value.

The role should elevate the reporting and analytical capabilities of the region by developing and automating various CRM reports, perform in-depth consumer analytics to inform brand strategies and marketing decisions, provide a day to day account management and data-driven consumer insights to the NA brand teams and Key Account Managers in the development and execution of CRM programs and measurement.

The role should also work with external database agency partners on the integration of new data sources, the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and ensure data integrity.
