About the Job

Support with the management, development and implementation of marketing programs to enhance brand story and drive growth in priority channels and regions.

About Your Responsibilities

Support business needs and drive growth in priority regions and channels

  • Support in managing all day to day needs for international markets (APAC, UK, LATAM, TR) to ensure successful launches across key markets, with a focus on China.

  • Work with China team on all aspects of brand launch

  • Collect and analyze market results and share best practices with all markets.

  • Prepare status notes and issue recaps with timely and thoughtful follow ups for each meeting.

Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Store Design and Retail Experience to champion, drive, and build compelling consumer experiences

  • Explore the possibility of new marketing technologies across digital, mobile, and omnichannel platforms to enhance the customer experience and drive brand engagement in new and innovative ways

  • Remain relentlessly up-to-date on emerging and future trends across all relevant industries to identify and grow business opportunities

  • Support with managing the implementation of creative technology solutions for the brand that increase efficiency, reduce spend and increase marketing reach.

  • Responsible for issuing visual merchandising and store design strategy, working in partnership with the Global VM team and Executive Director. Support all market requests related to VM/Store design.

Manage Collateral and Gifting Programs to support strategy

  • Manage all collateral and gifting programs from concept to final program delivery.

  • Drive and track all collateral programs and deliver them on time and within budget. Monitor results and program performance.

  • Collaborate with execution of launch strategies within designated budget and COG targets

  • Implement internal and external sourcing solutions for new products and existing businesses

  • Manage strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to develop launch strategies

  • Prepare and maintain necessary paperwork including programs in GMW and CPMS

  • Responsible for overseeing accuracy and timely issuance of all Forecast Offerings/IMW Bulletins

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Corporate Purchasing, GBSC, Creative, Packaging) and AERIN LLC to ensure the timely development of all programs

Finance and Budget Management

  • Track and manage invoices and payments for projects

  • Work with finance team on tracking budget, rebills, purchase orders etc

  • Test faster and lower cost options for acquiring, engaging and retaining consumers

Brand Support

  • Assist in preparation of all meeting materials including presentations and backup materials/information

  • Responsible for new product comp development and budget management/tracking

  • Manage product samples for meeting and forecast offerings

  • Manage daily requests from markets, cross-functional teams and AERIN team

  • Manage product closet, inventory, no charge orders and product requests.
