The Associate of International will be responsible for overseeing the execution, enhancement and proper function of Clinique ecommerce, retailer.com, third-party platform and marketing sites on mobile and desktop for over 45 Clinique markets.
Reporting to the Manager of International ecommerce, this role will support Clinique affiliates’ online business in all aspects from distributing new launch, promotional assets and product information to helping disseminate best practices and guidelines globally, which ultimately assisting affiliates to over deliver on their sales target.
Coordinate with Creative Operations Team assets package creation meeting international needs.
Responsible for distributing launch and promotional assets as well as product information in a timely manner for brand site, retailer.com and pure players globally.
Streamline asset distribution process with constant improvements that eventually help markets’ online business operation.
Response to ad-hoc asset requests from markets.
Marketing Site Management and Enhancement
- Responsible for updating and QAing marketing site refresh content and feature enhancement in 13 countries globally in conjunction with Production team and affiliates.
Continuously QA Top 5 brand and retailer.com sites ensuring that global sites consistently deliver the Clinique brand image and overall adherence to strategy and process, and escalate issues or enhancements and suggest site improvements to International ecommerce manager.
Work with Global Online Production to plan and rollout global brand programs and new sites, while working with regional partners to ensure local relevancy.
Participate in the recurring calls with Regional leads to ensure sales plans are met, strategic plans are in place and general updates from the region.
Stay in constant communication with Regional leads and cascade global updates critical to optimizing their websites.
Build relationships with cross-functional teams within Clinique as well as online division.
Best Practice sharing
- Assist in building best practice and online guidelines for new product launch.
Position requires minimum of 2 years experience in the online marketing or ecommerce area with exposue to international environment. College degree required.
Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Strong organizational skills; Pro-active problem solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. web-based reports, databases and various multimedia technologies)
Strong organizational skills
Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools.
