Estee Lauder Companies is looking for a talented professional to join our Learning & Capability team as Learning Solutions Associate for the corporate enterprise. The role will report to the Director, Learning Solutions. He or she will serve as learning products specialist and will support the Director of Learning Solutions and will support the integration and operation of enterprise digital learning solutions.
He or she will assist the Director of Learning Solutions with the articulation of customer & business requirements, defining the features roadmap, and application and operations of all our digital learning products. His or her work will be critical in our team’s effort to build an integrated learning ecosystem.
This role requires experience with SaaS products and other digital platforms. A strong desire and curiosity to follow technology trends across multiple industries is a must. Proven examples of enterprise platform implementation are expected in order to achieve success. Leadership style must be strong in project management, stakeholder management and analytical thinking.
The role of Learning Solutions Associate will be responsible for:
Help support all design thinking and development sprints to guide innovation and development process.
Summarize business and user requirements for product development.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to define a feature roadmap and action plan.
Compile customers' needs through data, interviews, and other quantitative and qualitative methods to help inform features innovation.
Work closely with Director of Learning Solutions to execute introduction of new product features.
Work with stakeholder teams to ensure a high degree of consistency in how the company and the product are represented
Work with internal or external partners to offer resources and training to help drive product adoption.
Supply product positioning, key benefits, and features for engagement communication.
Trouble shoot technical & service issues with internal and external partners to deliver seamless product operation.
3-5 years experience
English (French, Spanish, Mandarin, a plus)
Design Thinking & Scrum Methodology, a plus
Experience working with SaaS applications/digital platforms
Proven experience in project management, preferably enterprise implementation with large adoption
Ability to learn quickly adopt new technologies with ease
Collaborative relationship building inside and outside of our organization
Ability to make recommendations from data and translate consumer needs into technical requirements
Excellent analytical skills with strict attention to detail
Desire to work in a collaborative and cross-functional team
