Reporting directly to the Director, Global Social/Digital, this position will oversee reporting and analytics across all global social/digital brand channels with a focus on optimizing content for discovery and maximizing engagement on an ongoing, analytical basis.
Additionally, this position will be responsible for creating and managing the global editorial content calendars in partnership with the social team. Content strategy is crucial to the future growth of the brand, so the ideal candidate will understand how to ideate, produce and distribute compelling content that targets consumers strategically and engages them enough to become brand advocates
A successful candidate will bring a passion for data-driven insights and figuring out creative solutions to new problems, while being able to think big picture in order to leverage social to drive the brands campaign goals and business objectives.
Combining strategic and creative abilities, this position contributes to key consumer engagement projects, marketing materials, executive and special projects, and works with team members at all levels of the organization.
Own data analytics and dashboarding for all social reporting and analytics on a weekly, monthly, and campaign basis and serve as the global analytic lead to our regional and market partners around the world
Analyze, interpret and translate data into meaningful insights that drive actionable and strategic recommendations
Make content optimization recommendations based on data insights in close partnership with Global Creative
Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will improve ability to achieve desired goals
Identify and run A/B testing and experimentation of new paid opportunities, sharing results via case studies with regional and local market teams
Partner with local and regional teams to help define social and content best practices, designed to optimize brand building and marketing efficiencies
Own the creation and maintenance of the social editorial calendar with optimized distribution
Provide insights and learnings to inform campaign briefs and monthly content briefs
Monitor industry updates and social platform updates such as changes in algorithm, targeting, and overall innovations in social media and provide actionable insights to cross-functional partners
BS/BA in business, marketing or related field
2 years of experience, agency or digital marketing experience preferred
Expert in social media analytics with a working knowledge of Google Analytics, Opal (content management), SocialBakers (social analytics), Synthesio (social listening) and Sprinklr (community management) or equivalent
Basic understanding of SEO including: website audits, link building tactics, content strategy, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Keynote, InDesign, Photoshop
Expert in content development, channel optimization, brand consistency and excellent writing and editing skills
Collaborative working style, with ability to work independently, as well as with team members at all levels of the company
Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects
Self-motivated; able to own projects and execute in a timely manner
