Director, Business Process Lead - Program Runway

This Business Process Lead - Program Runway is responsible for designing and implementing the Innovation Portfolio Planning or NPL Enablement processes across Brands. Additionally, the BPL will monitor risks and successes and report to the Program Lead. Primary responsibilities include working with cross-functional partners to identify areas of improvement, recommend solutions to support an efficient process, as well as implement, educate, influence, and support senior level Brand stakeholders.
- Design and Implementation:
Ensure successful project integration, identify interdependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement, in collaboration with cross-functional team, cross-initiative project team, and external consultants.
Provide guidance on scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and program timing to all Runway stakeholders and partners.
Manage cross-functional team to support Technology team in development and testing of new technology systems
Develop and document requirements for new technology systems in partnership with Program Lead and Technology team.
Develop and Lead Design Workshops for additional business categories within Program Runway NPL Acceleration Workstream.
Lead communication on program requirements to cross-functional partners and key stakeholders.
2.Document and Educate:
o Create documentation on process education and procedures for new business categories, and ensure maintenance and adaptation for business categories utilizing new process/framework
o Socialize process changes with senior functional leads.
o Influence and drive change to support process adoption within the organization with the support of a change leadership network
o Develop communications to support implementation
o Lead trainings for change leadership network
o Provide coaching to senior functional leaders on policies, processes, and procedures
- Monitor and Report:
Lead meetings with Runway operationalization teams to monitor progress
Manage the progress updates to Runway Senior Leadership
Gather and prioritize new requirements and updates to existing processes and technology, and communicate to leadership
Escalate project issues and risks to the Program Lead, and brainstorm opportunities for improvements
Review NPL process educational documentation for content integrity on a regular cadence
- People Management:
Manage Data Analyst (in partnership with Program Management), including monitoring and directing day-to-day workload, and providing overall guidance on employee development
Lead communications to leadership network
Analysis of existing processes and definition of new processes/process updates
Risk identification and management
Technology enhancement identification and execution
Runway leadership support
8 Minimum Years of Experience
Well versed in executing a portfolio of launch programs and leading multiple cross-functional teams
Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge
Highly organized and strong attention to detail while keeping strategic end goal in mind
Strong analytical capabilities and ability to develop solutions to support corporate goals
Experience working with internal and external teams
Ability to self-manage under tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues at various levels
