Communicate Bobbi Brown’s NA Education Strategy to the Field Executives, Counter Managers, Makeup Artists and consumers, ensuring the brand’s philosophy, message and standards are met through education, artistry and sales training. Responsible for developing education content that supports the achievement of sales plan and talent development of the Field Executives, Counter Managers and Makeup Artists.


  • Understand and exemplify the Bobbi Brown philosophy and brand culture

  • Understand and strengthen the relationship between sales, education, and artistry in the field by aligning and engaging the team in the vision

  • Drive sales through education, focusing on strengthening the product knowledge, artistry and selling skills of both branded and agnostic makeup artists, to ensure goals are achieved

  • Develop the talent and capabilities of the Field Executives, Counter Managers and Makeup Artists by teaching Bobbi Brown artistry, education and selling skills to achieve a consistent brand message within each store, retailer and region

  • Communicate and collaborate regularly and effectively with NY office and field on education strategy and priorities to achieve sales goals

  • Adhere to, and set the example for, brand policies regarding dress code, customer service expectations and brand standards


  • Drive the achievement of sales plan through education, focusing on strengthening and developing the education, artistry and selling skills of the Field Executives and Makeup Artists in NA

  • Create education content for the NA market, customized for both branded and agnostic Makeup Artists, suitable for use in department store and specialty multi environments

  • Adapt the global training formats for NA, maintaining focus on achieving the strategic objectives of five star launches and seasonal priorities

  • Create talent development programs for Field Executives and Counter Managers

  • Partner with Regionals to ensure FE’s and FET’s are able to properly utilize the required education tools for successful in-store coaching

  • Support NA, Retailer, Regional and Education meetings as needed

  • Coordinate Bobbi Brown training & education needs with Education COE

  • Collaborate with Global Consumer Education on the CRM content to support NA Clienteling objectives

  • Collaborate with Global Events and NA Marketing to ensure the successful execution of each season’s event strategy in store

  • Facilitate Basic & Advanced Artist Trainings when required, ensuring highest level of artist experience is delivered, including any required planning/logistics

  • Manage inventory of all training supplies and products in the NYO needed to support trainings in BBU

  • Participate in Fashion Week, Artistry and PR events upon request

  • Adhere to the assigned education budget, allocated quarterly

  • Organize all expense receipts and submit expense reports through Concur on a monthly basis

  • Responsible and accountable for maintaining own calendar to complete projects in an acceptable timeline

  • Book personal travel, as needed


Position Requires:

  • 8 Years relevant work experience including management experience

  • Exceptional Sales, Education & Artistry Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, motivational, coaching and presentation skills

  • Proven leadership and management capabilities

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Advanced computer skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Optymyze, Data Warehouse

  • Team player
