This role will continue to propel the growth of MAC global online sales. You’ll manage a team responsible for day-to-day online operations relating to ecommerce, with oversight responsibility for operating metrics and key performance drivers such as conversion, qualified traffic, opt-ins, new/repeat buyers, sales, average order and units per order.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team responsible for global online merchandising, online marketing, and site experience. Purview includes MAC Cosmetics own brand sites as well as retailer, third party platform, pureplay etc.

  • Drive global eCommerce strategy definition and business planning supporting customer-centric and omni-channel view, including defining the global eCommerce strategy and presenting said strategy for all regions and online channels.

  • Own global strategy and execution for regional and channel taskforces,

  • Drive global business performance review and best practices sharing to fuel NS/NOP across regions & channels

  • Oversee budget for key programs (program development, promotions, retailer sites, email and marketing, search and affiliate) to maximize opportunities and ROI.

  • Develop high-performing and agile eCommerce organization by growing, developing and retaining top talents, while harnessing regional/local eCommerce resources

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • You have 10 years of database, direct and online marketing experience, including at least 5-7 years in a commercial role

  • You have strong skills in strategy and planning, budget and P&L management, merchandising, marketing, vendor selection and management

  • You’ve proven your track record to identify, communicate and inspire an organization around the next-generation of ecomm by dramatically growing business, and you’re able to overcome challenges while nurturing excellent working relationships

  • You have a BA/BS, and maybe an MBA

  • You’ve preferably worked with or in Asia

  • You love being part of the growth of a legendary brand
