Works as a key member of the Global Consumer Care Leadership team in partnership with the regions to set strategy for consumer service delivery. Ensures that GCC functional strategies are aligned with corporate strategies for compliance, Cosmetovigilance and data integrity to mitigate risk. Builds collaborative relationships with external and internal colleagues in the Regions to ensure compliance. Audits each region for compliance with required GCC protocols to ensure adherence to data privacy requirements.

  • Provide counsel and support on a daily basis on risk related case protocols with regional and affiliate teams

  • Monitor, guide, and manage risk issues that are elevated to the COE

  • Assist in executing GCC Covi/Compliance/Data Integrity action plan

  • Update Covi-related process/protocols and training as needed in partnership with Legal and Regulatory teams

  • Ensure GCC global adherence to Cosmetovigilance – local and global requirements

  • Identify gaps in Consumer Care support relative to risk related case processing and elevate emerging issues

  • Audit global GCC teams for adherence to required risk-related protocols; provide guidance where required to ensure compliance.

  • Liaise with Industry Associations to gain expertise

  • Support Global Initiatives as needed
