As a Visual Merchandising Intern, you will be based at Global brand headquarters (NYC or LA depending on Brand), and are responsible for creating designs to support overall brand strategy and storytelling while considering how applications of new digital technologies (e.g. screens in store) can be used to enhance in-store experience and proposing ways new technologies could be implemented in store. A Basic understanding of InDesign, Photoshop and 3D modeling software is preferred. You’ll bring your innovative ideas to the table for various projects and have the chance to experience the creative culture and identity that makes The Estée Lauder Companies and our brands so amazing.

Undergraduate applicants must have completed their Junior year by program start (June 2021) and on schedule to graduate May 2020.
