Manager, Digital Communications, Global Corporate Citizenship & Sustainability

The Global Corporate Citizenship and Sustainability (GCCS) function is responsible for understanding and managing the economic, social and environmental impacts that are created by the Company’s operations and decisions along its value chain. By strengthening enterprise policies, establishing baselines, and identifying future goals and targets for our brands, regions and functions, GCCS helps the organization to better manage risks, reduce or avoid costs, and build on our heritage of corporate social responsibility.
Develop the strategy and content calendar for GCCS across all relevant social/digital channels.
Manage the creation and execution of all content for both internal and external digital communications platforms, partnering closely with Global Corporate Communications colleagues.
Develop all global social and digital toolkits and assets for The Breast Cancer Campaign (BCC) across all mediums and working with all partners.
Oversee corporate website development and ongoing updates for GCCS in partnership with Global Communications.
Work with global Consumer Engagement partners to deploy campaigns at a global level with assets, reporting and metrics.
Identify KPIs for all campaigns and leverage to inform strategy and direction.
Measure and synthesize social media performance using social media metrics/analytics and deliver recap reports with opportunities and recommendations, in partnership with Global Communications Digital Team, external agencies and Consumer Insights.
Align closely with all digital functional partners to identify opportunities to amplify BCC across brands, regions and functions.
Work with NGO partners to drive digital-first fundraising opportunities and storytelling for 360 integration.
Creatively and proactively engage the community by driving conversations and answering questions around women’s health, breast cancer and other sustainability and citizenship areas of focus.
Identify opportunities for influencer engagement that are authentic to the platforms and voice, while developing guidelines for best-in-class partnerships.
Keep abreast of new social media tools, trends and best practices so that the company can continue to be an early adopter of these technologies.
Manage agency media partners and budget, as applicable, to develop the strategy, content and execution of Campaigns across social/digital platforms, with clear KPIs and measurement to optimize current and future campaigns.
Develop and strengthen relationships with key influencers who are aligned to our values and brands.
Explore the possibility of new marketing technologies across digital, mobile, and omnichannel platforms to enhance the stakeholder experience and engagement in new and innovative ways.
Remain relentlessly up-to-date on emerging and future trends across all relevant industries to identify and grow CSR opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree required.
5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience in-house or with an agency.
Experience working in a global, multi-branded retail company or other industry with high-profile consumer brands a plus.
Keen knowledge of CSR trends and best-practices with a focus on integrated communications strategy, social media content creation, and digital media.
Strong storytelling skills; ability to effectively and creatively communicate across various stakeholders.
Strategic agility and disruptive mindset.
High-touch stakeholder engagement; track record of building strong relationships with members of cross-functional and affiliate teams
Ability to execute multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment with quality results.
Knowledge of how to effectively engage with consumers through a social/digital lens to drive our GCCS messaging for the Company.
