About the Role

Clinique Manager, Digital Production will be responsible for the customer experience on Clinique.com and executing on the vision to make it the ultimate destination to create great skin, delivering an irresistibly compelling experience to our customers & leading to richer consumer interactions, higher engagement and transactions, and ultimately cultivating deeper Brand love.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Global Production, this role will work strategically along-side the Clinique eCommerce and brand teams as well as ELC Online to identify, support and launch digital experiences in tandem with new products, latest trends and online promotional marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage multiple, simultaneous projects varying in scope for new digital initiatives including creation of high-level timelines, risks assessments, coordination of internal status meetings and ongoing communication to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.

  • Maintain and update weekly content and promotions for NA sites on an ongoing basis, spearheading weekly refreshes while utilizing multiple digital tools and platforms.

  • Continually investigate and coordinates the implementation of new features, enhancements and functionalities.

  • Provides oversight to ensure site performance, integrity and uptime standards are maintained managing and addressing escalations and resolutions as needed.

  • Work with appropriate stakeholders to obtain project requirements and definition to create overarching project scope.

  • Manage communications with appropriate engineering resources and internal product teams to ensure project objectives are met for flawless, on-time delivery.

  • Manage the end to end QA and UAT process across all environments for all new features, enhancements, campaign and tool launches.

  • Diligently track and monitor live site promotions and new launches.

  • Track and report site bugs and resolutions with appropriate teams and resources.

  • Review of all creative deliverables to ensure functional specifications and requirements are met.

  • Continual optimization of keyword data for onsite search tool based on site analytics and product updates.

Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years digital production, project management or product management

  • Minimum 5 years high volume, high velocity ecommerce site experience

  • Extremely detail oriented and quality assurance focused

  • Must be a team player

  • Strong ability to independently prioritize and manage day-to-day requests and needs

  • Working knowledge and experience of website technologies, product catalog or inventory tools, and ecommerce platforms and processes

  • In depth experience and knowledge of content management systems; Drupal experience a plus

  • In depth experience and knowledge of project management and issue tracking tools such as BaseCamp, Jira, Workfront, Trello, etc.

  • Understanding of creative assets and terminologies; Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong ability to effectively and professionally communicate across various levels of the organization (written and verbal) including engineering resources, features teams, creative designers, ecommerce counterparts, and senior management

  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

  • Must be able to successfully track and manage multiple projects within given deadlines providing timely and consistent updates to necessary stakeholders. Agile project management experience a plus

  • Motivated to proactively, creatively and independently problem solve and prevent issues to maintain site standards and brand alignment

  • Ability to successfully adapt to change based on business and market needs

  • Convey a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude towards tackling and resolving issues

  • Familiarity with ecommerce industry trends and best practices

  • Interest or knowledge of beauty industry a plus
