This role is to provide financial support and extensive analytics to the Le Labo North America Region Business Management team as well as the Global Brand Finance Team. This role also works closely with Global Brand Marketing teams in evaluating ROI of new program launches and new expansions in North America Region. FP&A support will cover the annual Budget & Strategy including Long Range Planning as well as regular and ad hoc analytics throughout the year and other special projects. Heavy spreadsheet and data retrieval analytics are required using various systems.


  • Work closely with Global Brand FP&A team in developing reporting and estimate structure for Le Labo North America region

  • Managing Le Labo Brand NA Region FP&A consolidation of financial results. Lead in the development of the monthly financial performance report

  • Prepares and issues NA region monthly reporting commentary, actual results of operations and various other reports reflecting monthly results (Brand dashboard, SIOP, Leadership team meetings, etc.)

  • Provide monthly financial analysis and reports to North America business management team, Global Brand Management and communicate with North America Regional FP&A team

  • Prepare and issue North America Door P&L on monthly basis

  • Responsible for managing the monthly estimate reporting process (MPR) and quarterly review and analysis for Investor Relations reporting

  • Working with North America business team and affiliates in developing Le Labo North America P&L estimates for monthly financial estimate process . Upload completed monthly estimate into Corporate Performance Management system (“CPM”) by affiliate

  • Review and interpret monthly Financial Estimate information for Le Labo Region Team and affiliates as well as Global brand functions for resource allocation and other decision making purposes

  • Participate in monthly meetings with regional teams in order to develop accurate estimates. Assistance with the consolidation of estimates and reconciliation of the financial results with the Global Brand Finance Team

  • Synthesizing sales and investment data to ensure brand and functions are aligned with strategy and plan. Evaluating the data for success or challenges and bringing forth recommended actions for management to consider

  • Manage the capital authorization process for the region. Create standardization and efficiency in Le Labo Brand NA region fixed assets management, from request to deployment

  • Providing valuable analysis to Le Labo NA teams to action with retailers and stores utilizing the strength of our brands

  • Receptive and action oriented regarding Ad-hoc analysis. Leveraging the mass of internal data to execute quickly and effectively to answer questions and drive decision making

  • Prepares Annual Budget Presentation Package for North America. Annually in budget cycle work with regional brand team, NA Finance Team, and Global Brand to develop the budget achieving Global Brand sales and profit requirements

  • Work with Global Brand FP&A to streamline annual budget process by providing regional budget guidelines and coordinating the Long Range plan

  • Annually work with Global Brand team to support the brand strategy and brand innovation processes and prepare the Strategy presentation package

  • Maintains and updates Global Financial Model as part of Strategy along with additional support requirements

  • Partner with Demand Planning on DVFR process to ensure Demand Plan is in line with Financial Plan. Manage component and finished good inventory levels at FSS and Retail Partners to proactively manage excess inventory and non-working inventory

  • Assist in the development of financial business cases for new product launches with short and long term KPIs to measure success of launch from a financial, operational and brand equity perspective


  • Undergraduate degree in finance

  • 5 years plus experience in finance, business analytics

  • MBA preferred or MBA in process

  • Experience in a fast moving consumer products organization

  • Excellent analytical skills required and strong Excel/database skills necessary

  • Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus and strong communication and presentation skills necessary

  • Well organized with strong interpersonal skills and excellent team player

  • Strong Working knowledge of SAP, CPM, BEX, Excel, PowerPoint
