Senior Finance Analyst, Supply Chain Finance

The primary purpose of this position is to build and manage headcount across the Supply Chain function and provide financial analyses across a variety of areas within Supply Chain, Finance and R&D. The incumbent will be a versatile and key participant in driving cost efficiencies and budget management globally.
Conduct Financial/Headcount/Consultant Analysis across multiple departments within the Supply Chain, Finance and R&D functions
Develop cross-functional analysis, create budgets and forecasts, assist in long- range plan forecasting and develop monthly variance analyses for both operating expenses and project spends
Develop financial scorecards and benchmark data
Create ad hoc presentations and perform analyses, such as those supporting the Supply Chain, Finance and R&D strategy roadmaps

Direct experience in Financial Analytics and Project Management
Knowledge in building processes and designing tools to facilitate headcount planning decisions across the global Supply Chain
Strong analytical skills (framing and technical skills)
Experience in KPI development and reporting
Adaptability, flexibility and willingness to be hands-on
Self-reliant and results-oriented
Position will be interacting with SVPs/VP/ED in HR, Finance and Supply Chain to manage, report and align headcount reporting
Strong communication of financial and accounting concepts with non-accounting and non-finance executives
Excellent Excel, SAP and Hyperion Reporting (Smartview) skills
