The role is responsible and accountable for the planning and analyzing of Non Branded TR WW Global Support budget including but not limited to: month end closing activities, preparation of annual budgets and monthly estimates. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, work under tight deadlines and ability to provide ad-hoc analysis.
Support TR World Wide month-end close process for Global Support. Utilize extensive knowledge of SAP system and complex cross affiliate billing process to ensure accurate and timely rebilling.
Develop and validate annual budget and monthly estimates of TR WW Non Branded Global Support. Analyze and report on variances.
Responsible for accurate reporting of TR headcount data and assist in productivity analysis.
Supporting TRWW Controllership with Corporate Initiatives such as: Days Sales Outstanding, Global Value Creation and Sarbanes Oxley.
Provide ad-hoc financial and analytical support to TR Brand Finance Directors.
Develop analyses as required by Senior TR Management.
Finance or Accounting degree
2 years relevant work experience
Strong excel skills (pivot tables, functions, etc.)
Strong financial system knowledge and experience (ex: CPM Microsoft Office, SAP/SRM)
Strong interpersonal skills
10% international travel may be required.
As we work on a global time zone, additional hours may be necessary during month end close.
