Our distribution is intentionally selective: only few lab-boutiques worldwide and limited counters with curated partners.

Our global office is based in New York City and our European office is based in London. We are also a recent addition to the Estée Lauder family.


Le Labo is expanding globally. Its home market, the US is experiencing the biggest growth within the company. To accompany this expansion preserving the values of our unique business model and mission of slow perfumery, man-made approach and mindfulness, Le Labo is recruiting an Account Executive for the East Coast.

The key responsibilities are:


The Account Executive leads the operational expansion of our boutiques and corners and implement locally the brand global strategy.


  • Build a strong creative plan for each corner to increase business, respecting the brand philosophy of no promotional events

  • Closely work with retailer’s marketing and buyers team to implement the plan

  • Develop brand awareness within the store

  • Recruit, train teams new and on-going coaching year round,

  • Identify new business opportunities and key partnership to implement,

  • Implement new launches (training, merchandising, events, …) and monitor product’s performances

  • Establish monthly sales report highlighting monthly, Year to Date performances,

  • Monitor staff productivity

  • Monitor inventory hold and assortment

  • Train entire departments for new launches or events


  • Responsible to reach sales target in all doors

  • Responsible for ordering proper stock replenishment to achieve target

  • Responsible to implement policies and processes at store level, monitor store compliancy, provide additional coaching to assure full compliancy as needed,

  • Recruit and train new team members

  • On-going development plan for existing team,

  • Identify new business opportunities to drive additional traffic to the stores or increase brand awareness

  • Oversee team schedule and boutique coverage’s

  • Oversee merchandising and overall boutique cleanness


  • Responsible for on-going training (corners and FSS)

  • Create material for retailers when launching new creation (retailer book)

  • Training sessions for entire floor or department

  • Keep teams constantly informed on global brand news (new openings, partnerships…), new launches etc.
