OBJECTIVE

As part of Bobbi Brown’s efforts to enhance content production and create innovative campaigns in a

rapidly changing and dynamic marketplace, we seek a member of the Consumer Engagement team that

works to support the strategy, content development and asset delivery of marketing programs at global

level.

The primary role is to contribute to the development and execution of cohesive 360 Go-To-Market campaigns that strengthen Bobbi Brown’s brand equity, deliver a high-touch experience across all channels and provide disruptive activations to engage the consumer. This role expected to actively participate in all stages of the campaign development.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work productively across departments as collaboration among cross-functional teams is critical to ensure a holistic Go to Market strategy and programs that deliver enhanced consumer relevance and engagement.

The individual will support the Director of Consumer Engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in the campaign development process for key product launches, from creative brief through asset release. Help to ensure campaigns consider brand goals and strategy while ensuring consumer engagement and driving business.

o Provide insights, research and big ideas to assist in developing the creative brief

o Support in the development of GTM strategies that includes execution across each level of the consumer marketing funnel, activations by channel and O2O drivers

o Help to confirm all teams complete their section within the creative asset checklist and review requests to ensure alignment with go to market strategy and campaign objectives

o Participate in campaign asset reviews and provide action-oriented feedback that is based on the brief, GTM strategy and asset checklist

o Complete assigned sections of the Go to Market Toolkits

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on critical milestones in the go-to-market strategy (i.e. concept brainstorms, creative brief, asset checklists, market toolkits).

  • Manage the GTM process for select programs (to be determined with the Director of Consumer Engagement)

  • Partner with the International team to ensure alignment on regionally specific content needs and gain deeper understanding of best practice in various markets.

  • Assist the Director of Consumer Engagement with updating and maintaining the Consumer Engagement Program Tracker to ensure the latest information is captured and all programs remain on schedule

  • Monitor competitive landscape to gather best practices and insights that can be leveraged in campaign planning. When needed, conduct in depth research on select topics or campaigns driven by business needs. Identify key takeaways and next steps for the brand.

Qualifications

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Builds collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners to drive projects forward

  • Possesses strong organizational stills and attention to detail to guarantee timely release of programs

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure all partners are clear on program updates, changes and action items

  • 2 years of experience in Marketing
