PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for development of digital education content and support tools to elevate Beauty Advisor/sales associates’ expertise, the consumer experience and drive retail sales in all markets.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for the writing and development of learning content for eLearning site (ELX), support tools and product communications to align with brand needs and global education strategies.

Digital Content

  • Write and develop What’s New & Trending stories for ELX and ELX on the Go App to elevate Beauty Advisors’ beauty influence and industry expertise.

  • Partner closely with Global Development and Services Team to ensure relevancy and timely execution of ELX What’s New & Trending content.

  • Write and develop in-house video content for ELX What’s New & Trending

  • Develop selling strategies and customer scenarios to elevate Beauty Advisors and sales associates ability to personalize recommendations and experience.

  • Responsible for coordinating logistical details for education video productions

Tools

  • Write and develop education tools to support seasonal education priorities & initiatives

  • Contribute to the writing and development of seasonal print tools such as Trend Report

  • Contribute to the development of Beautiful Start onboarding tools

Communications

  • Research, write and develop strategic product communications for seasonal launches to include fact sheets.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Development and Legal in developing product communications to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Qualifications

  • Position requires 1-3 years editorial writing experience

  • Field/retail experience preferred

  • Must be agile and able to adapt in a fast paced and collaborative team environment.

  • Fluency in Adobe suite preferred
