PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE: This position works closely with the Directors and Managers of myelx.com (Estée Lauder Brand Learning Experience Digital Platform) and Global Education Services. Responsible for supporting the ongoing operational support of all global digital learning Education programs. Also supports other critical programs such Global Conferences and Webinars, Tool Production, budgets and Beauty Advisor Uniform and gifing programs.

RESPONSBILITES:

MYELX.COM

  • Manage ELX Beauty Advisor Helpdesk. Proactively identify and report all global issues and bugs that arise. Brief internal ELX team on any bugs, issues or system functionalities that need to be addressed. Support Manger to resolve end-user operational issues.

  • Support team to implement new markets, languages and Learner groups into the system as well as new content creation builds, learning objects and functionality enhancements.

  • Support Manager in conducting UAT testing for newly-developed features/functionalities

  • Support Manager by processing invoices and rebills for both ELX and Global print materials.

UNIFORM/BEAUTY ADVISOR IMAGE SUPPORT

  • Support team to evaluate and execute Global Beauty Advisor Uniform and Accessory programs. Assist with all offerings to include creation on IMW and management of programs such as: running reports, final orders to procurement, tracking shipments and communicating status to affiliates.

  • Create, acknowledge/track, and follow through to payment all International, Global, and North America (Uniform) invoices in SAP systems.

CREATIVE SUPPORT AND TOOL DEVELOPMENT

  • Support team members with in-house design and presentation projects to include:

oCreation of presentantation and program Powerpoints on an needed basis.

oCreate support tools.

Qualifications

  • Extremely detail oriented with strong sense of work prioritization

  • Excellent organizational, time management, customer service, communication and project management skills

  • Outgoing, proactive, fast-learning, independent and innovative

  • Able to work effectively to lend support global admin teams across multiple geographies and timelines

  • Strong computer skills required—Word, Excel and PowerPoint
