Coordinator, Retail Account Management & New Business, Bumble and bumble.

1)Ensure excellent execution of retail programming and new business openings by supporting the internal retail account management team and through management of communication and deployment of programs, updates, and other required materials to the field based team.
2)Own new business execution for North America by vetting all relevant new salon and retail lead information, partner with internal team to create essential new business tools, organize and communicate new business opportunities to the field, and ensure new business paperwork is processed in a timely manner to achieve shipment targets.
Retail – Account Management
Help ensure excellent execution of all retail customers programming by rolling up all retail customer calendars into one retail master calendar and identify where we have outages on customer commitments being maintained (e.g. exclusives, on shelf dates, etc.)
Provide data and analytics in partnership with internal Account Managers to identify opportunities for growth and investment.
Ensure seasonal programs and updates including pricing, merchandising, planograms, sample kits are finalized and deployed on timely basis
Execute retail event strategy across customers including Sephora, Blue Mercury, and new retail customers.
oCollaborate with ED Field sales and Retail Customers to develop and deploy event coverage plans
oIdentify opportunities to differentiate Bb. from other brand partners
- Lead logistics planning and execution of retail customer meetings including market weeks, In-the-Kitchen meetings, and internal and external trainings
New Business – Retail Customers and Salon
Process and assist with the opening orders and all relevant paperwork associated with new customer openings ensuring on time delivery and desired results for all activities regarding new customer openings
Assist in the logistical planning and execution of New Business meetings and events
Advise and train Regional Business Consultants on new business best practices including assisting in training field during new hire training on the internal new customer opening process
Ensure all appropriate approval policies procedures are followed when qualifying future partners and locations
Assure that all product, collateral, and items ordered during opening order process have arrived
Monitor all feedback and data input to ensure all information is managed appropriately through Connect Beauty and Bb.RM.
Update all materials as it applies to opening orders and explosion codes including pricing, SKU’s, etc.
Update and ensure accuracy of weekly New Business pipeline, leads, and reports
Vet and feed all relevant potential new salon lead information to the Regional Business Consultants in an expeditious and consistent manner
Effectively analyze methods to improve new business process
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Exceptional attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs
Willingness to understand, adopt and represent Bb. culture and style
Must possess organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Demonstrate energy and desire to achieve and ability to take action to improve or enhance job results
Ability to build relationships with customers by encouraging trust, mutual respect and shared purpose
Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication skills including ability to write precise, well- organized emails, letters and proposals.
Occasional evening/weekend hours may be required for special events or during times of heavy workload
Education and Experience:
1-2 years relevant experience
Experience in Beauty Industry or Corporate environment a plus
