The Director, Marketing Process Management will be responsible for partnering with Global Brand Marketing Leaders to fully understand and map the various processes owned by Brand Marketers from strategy through execution. The exact scope of processes will include marketing activities such as marketing planning, new product launch planning and marketing calendar management. This will be responsible for sharing both internal and external best practices.
Have strong knowledge and understanding of the Marketing’s processes, sub-functions and key stakeholders.
Map various process owned by Brand Marketers from strategy and planning through execution (e.g. marketing planning, new product launch planning, calendar management etc.)
Partner with all cross-functional partners to ensure alignment including Creative and Product Development.
Be the linkage between the Global Brands, Regions and IT if technology solutions are required. Clearly articulate the needs to the business to better inform IT needs.
Direct process evolution and implementation via collaboration with teams in adoption, ongoing evaluation, troubleshooting.
Continually improve process. Stay at the forefront of industry changes in how companies work to propose changes/innovations to workflow.
Collaborate with the Global Creative COE to ensure alignment between Marketing processes and Creative processes.
Track and report KPI’s across the brands to measure process adoption and improvements.
Position requires 8 years related experience working within Marketing industry
At the forefront of industry changes in how companies work (e.g. strong knowledge of industry publications, attendance at conferences etc.)
Strong collaborative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong presentation skills
Flexible to handle ever-changing priorities
Able to work in a fast paced environment with self-starter mentality
