Executive Director, Clinique Technology Portfolio & Project Execution
As Executive Director, Clinique Technology Portfolio & Project Execution, you will manage technology programs/projects within the Clinique Brand portfolio. You will work across the organization to support our current and evolving technology strategy and developing best-in class processes to drive innovation forward.
Experience of managing VP level relationships and deliverables managing internal and vendor teams
Experience managing a portfolio of global projects
Effectively work with IT Finance teams to manage project budget and changes
Tracked experience in delivering projects on-time and on-budget
Experience of having worked for a similar large-scale organization in a highly matrix, international environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Methodical and detailed in approach
Manages projects alignment to strategic technology roadmap
Guides/manages other Project Managers/Scrum Masters/Resources on the delivery plan
Identifies ELC resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities escalating as needed
Manages day-to-day and end-to-end operational aspects of technology projects.
Ensures resources are accountable and delivering against their project commitments
Effectively apply project methodology and enforce project standards across the portfolio
Manage interdependencies across IT, working with other Project and Program Managers in order to identified and manage interdependent deliverables
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Track key program metrics and provide updates to leadership team
Work with business partners (legal, compliance, technology) to ensure compliance and strategic direction
10 years experience in Technology/Innovation or related fields.
Curiosity, constant understanding of technology trends
Detail Oriented in regards to program and project deliverables
Deep thinker and dot connector.
Demonstrates ownership of programs; embracing both big picture objectives and follow-through on details
Must be flexible and determined; possessing the ability to handle a multitude of projects and the willingness to put in the time necessary for success.
Must be an excellent team player; possessing the ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships and gain the respect of members of the cross-functional, Regional and affiliate teams.
Must be mature, responsible, accountable and organized and posses the ability to manage direct reports
Must possess strong oral and written communication and analytical skills.
PMP and CSM certifications are preferred.
Omnichannel Retail experience preferred
