Senior Event Sales Manager
OVERVIEW:This full-time position is part of the Sales and Events team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sales background, elevated ability in makeup artistry, and successful event execution. Passion for cosmetics, loads of energy and a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and sales savvy are essential. Existing productive relationship with Sephora and Ulta desired.
THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:
To generate retail sales and elevate the client’s experience at special events via the following:
Sales goal achievement.
Excellent product knowledge, artistry and selling skills expertise.
Collaboration with AE and Retail partners to execute events flawlessly.
Adaptability to build sales at a number of different events with different retailers.
An ability to “be the brand” and act as a memorable ambassador at all touch points.
THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:
Drive retail sales to achieve event sales plan
Travel with the Pro Squad to execute National Mega Events
Elevate the clients experience by sharing current makeup trends, Too Faced application tips and providing outstanding customer service
Recruit new clients during events by adding animation to the sales floor
Communicate with Senior Event Sales Manager to manage scheduling and travel
Engage in social media content production
Attend Pro Squad update training quarterly
Cosmetic/Beauty retail experience required, including artistry, event, and business driving ability
Excellent written, oral and communication skills
Team player and a goal oriented attitude
Exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills
Ability to travel, up to 50% requried
Ability to have flexible schedule
Valid form of US ID
