As a HR Business Partner, you provide strategic counsel, advisory and consultative services to business leaders on people-related issues.
You provide business leaders with a deep understanding of how local HR fits into the business environment and strategy.
You liaise with other campus HR business partners to ensure that the right skills and capabilities are in place to deliver corporate, supply chain and Human Resources strategic objectives.
You support business leaders to deliver the skills acquisition and talent development objectives outlined in the corporate strategy.
You advise business leaders on people strategy for Talent development and acquisition, building organizational capability, supporting Communication processes and employee relations.
You also coordinate HR Projects and report to the Executive Manager HR
Minimum bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in a broad HR Business Partner role.
Ability to think strategically is essential.
Powerful Change agent with excellent communication skills.
Proficient Knowledge of HR local legislation
Understanding the overall operative HR processes and procedures.
Demonstrates the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity and builds strong and trusting sustainable relationships.
Be comfortable working in a complex international environment
Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and HR software programs.
You are fluent in Dutch and English
