Corporate and Professional Services in ELC EMEA is complex and is across Eurovison Paris, multiple affiliates and Supply Chain. It requires strong Procurement expertise to ensure the business secures best value but most importantly minimizes risk and maximizes opportunities. This role supports the Corporate Services Director on Corporate Services categories (Consulting, Financial, Legal Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Travel and Entertainment, Facilities Management and Auto leasing), as well as for Store Operation

Support the Corporate & Professional Services Director in developing, implementing and executing the IP strategy for the category in the EMEA region.

Help define sourcing strategy, drive key supplier relationships, contract management. Assess and manage our existing vendor base and introduce new value adding suppliers as appropriate for the category and sub categories.

Category Spend ranges annually in excess of Euro 200million.

Deliver annual savings plan ( 3-5% year on year) and lead relevant SRM activities & value improvement programs. Create templates and tools for better category processes.

Ensure collaboration with affiliates responding to needs and specific requirements, while managing implementation and follow-up of Global and Regional initiatives. Assist local sourcing as required bringing category expertise to the advantage of affiliates.

Run RFPs and analyse and present recommendations for projects across the categories

Monitor performance and conduct monthly or quarterly follow-up analysis of actions and reports, for communication to Regional IP, Global IP and the regional brands.

Analyze cost and track / report savings on a quarterly basis.

Support the development and implementation of local procurement standards , processes and policies on Corporate and Professional Services

Act as an ambassador for the procurement function with cross functional stakeholders such as Finance and business owners in the affiliates

Qualifications

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a multicultural cross regional environment.

Successful management of multiple critical projects simultaneously, agility to switch from one project to another.

Knowledge of core Corporate Service categories in terms of sourcing , contracting and execution

English & French

Master degree or equivalenet

Certification in procurement is a plus
