Description

Primary Objective

Lead the implementation of global Education Strategyand the development of local programs to ensure they are consumer oriented,regionally relevant, results driven and support brand initiatives. Provide key artistry and education directionand input for all EMEA programs. Lead,inspire and develop Educators and Artists in the EMEA region collaborating withEMEA MUA director.

Accountabilities

Consumerexperience & Artistry Strategy Implementation

  • AdaptGlobal Education & Artistry strategy and programs with EMEA MUA director forregional and local relevance including Specialty-Multi environment

  • Setclear expectations with Education and Artistry team and translate businessobjectives into education needs by understanding the business priorities andits implication on the field selling approach.

  • Workwith affiliate Education & Artistry teams to ensure consistency inexecution and delivery of key brand messaging and programs

  • Collaboratewith EMEA MUA Director to work with Education & Artistry Managers toimplement education calendars and artistry development

  • Playa key role in coordinating with EMEA Affiliates on consolidated tasks such astranslations, adaptation and delivery of education materials (incl.customization), launch of education programs etc.

  • Setclear brand image, sales and service standards and ensure affiliates areadhering.

Cross-FunctionalCollaboration

  • Establishstrong collaborative relationships with global, regional and affiliate management,education, artistry and marketing teams.Build authority while collaborating with EMEA MUA director as the voiceof EMEA Education & Artistry for the brand.

  • Planand engage in systematic market visits within EMEA to understand thecompetition, trends and establish a clear understanding of field needs withinrespective markets. With the knowledge, provide constructive feedback and workin close partnership with Global and Regional teams to provide EMEA Educationand Artistry voice to brand priorities

  • Workcross functionally & with EMEA MUA director to contribute to 360 activationplans and on “How To” programming to ensure MUAs are skilled in deliveringinteractive beauty experiences

  • Testnew and upcoming products (confirmed and unconfirmed) to be launched, givingfeedback to regional and Global marketing

  • Provideregular recaps/reports on market visits, observations and actionpoints/recommendations

  • Sharebest practices (within and outside the region).

Employee Development

  • Planand execute twice yearly Regional Education & Artistry meetings

  • incollaboration with EMEA MUA Director, Inspire, develop and mentor the EMEAEducation Managers and PRO Artists with respect to technical and generalcapabilities skill-set

  • Monitorthe quality of training (both classroom and at counter) and conduct regularfeedback sessions with Education & Artistry Managers to set measurable goals,working with the team to attain them.

  • Identifyand develop top talent within EMEA.Leverage top Artists to support high profile regional events, FashionWeek, global content creation, and inspiration of EMEA MUAs.

  • Conductbrand induction for new hires in regional team and affiliate managers

BudgetManagement

  • Directlyresponsible for Regional Education and Artistry budget

  • Planfor Regional Education meetings, market visits, and occasional regional support

  • Ensurethat the Education Managers have clarity on global and regional guidelines and theirmarket budgets.

  • AssureT&E is sufficient and monitored.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience

  • work experience ideally with makeup artistry brand, minimumof education manager level

  • Strong artistry skills

  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills

  • Excellent communication, public speaking, selling, andteaching skills

  • Proven ability to develop education materials ensuring salesgoals are met

  • Experience developing artistry programs

  • Excel, PPT and Microsoft Office proficient

  • Ability to travel 50% of time
