Consumer Engagement Manager - CLINIQUE - EMEA - (H/F)
This position is key in the new emea consumer engagement department to build programs and engage consumers in integrated and holistic way: this means that the consumer engagement manager is at the heart of knowing / understanding the consumers thru big data , building relevant regional and local campaigns with a 360° approach hand in hand with marketing , PR and ecom, keeping the momentum in building our competitive edge in the social/digital context.
Digital media, evolving rapidly, the consumer engagement manager should be agile in adapting Clinique digital and social strategy to new rising trends and prepare the brand for the future.
The Consumer Engagement Manager will report to the Consumer Engagement Director EMEA, and will work in close collaboration with the regional brand team: marketing managers, ecom manager, PR manager but also education, physician services, store design and VM. This implies also a very strong collaboration with all EMEA markets - being able to understand market specificities and translate consumer insights into actions -, Global teams in NY, Corporate teams.
Consumer knowledge and digital-social acceleration in a massive way through Paid and Owned are key area of focus for this position.
The job responsibilities will cover :
Digital marketing and Social : lead and deploy the strategies & plans for our region on social and digital marketing for Clinique . It includes:
reiterate EMEA strategies (priorities, calendar, guidelines), make sure local plans, developed by markets, are in line with strategies
Work with and challenge local market on their digital marketing and social platforms strategy , align on objectives / targets / priorities/ ways of accelerating
Drive and oversee the execution of core campaigns in the EMEA markets including pre-campaign input , setting Kpis and targets, and post results analysis to take corrective actions when needed.
Develop regionally or challenge Global on content marketing i n order to be in sync with Mature millennials (consumer calendar)
Leverage our media partners such as Dentsu, Google, FB, YT … in order to implement relevant tactics for the CL brand across the region. Via test and learn approach and scalable projects.
Look actively to new consumers digital trends, competitions… showing true passion / knowledge
Elevate gaps and needs to Global CE or EMEA Corporate
Build with CL regional marketing managers regional 360° marketing campaigns across all consumer touchpoints on core and secondary focuses, brand equity, new pure players launch.
Produce new asssets and content if needed
Work with corporate Online team to accelerate ecommerce and omnichannel initiatives by providing input
Work with PR manager to better integrate influencer marketing within the 360° media plan
Implement CRM activities in particular loyalty programs in order to retain our consumers
