CRM Analyst - Corporate - EMEA - (H/F)

  • Supervise, qualify and ensure updated distribution of crm reports across affiliates and brands

  • Collect all responses on campaigns / programs, and provide brands / affiliates with post mortem analyses and quarterly summaries, thus translating the data into actionable insights for the regional and affiliate Brand partners

  • Formulates recommendations towards brands / affiliates, with a particular emphasis on loyalty strategies / planning as well as segmentation strategies / programs

  • Help maintain an automated upload template for sharing and analyzing DM/Email/SMS campaign results for appropriate deployment to various stakeholders across ELC

  • Lead consumer profiling / segmentation analyses on databases

  • Deliver consumer analytic insights to make marketing spend more effective and efficient (A&P Optimization, ROI Modeling)

  • Provide insights to help brands and Affiliates frame business challenges and identify marketing planning opportunities

  • Contribute to implementation of effective sampling strategies and drive adoption of corporate measurement standards/methodologies across Affiliates

  • All of the above will include online / ecom analyses

Loyalty strategies and programs

  • identify key drivers of engagement (repeat) and Loyalty throughout the entire lifecycle, propose marketing programs / initiatives that capitalize on these drivers and use the Brand Tracker and other means to measure the long-term impact of Loyalty

  • partner with Brands on brand ‘loyalty programs’ (if any) and segmented pilot tests to ensure proper management, program design,

IT implementation, reporting and evaluation

Training and education

  • training / education of brands/affiliates on crm strategies, reports and tools

Ad hoc projects

  • identify new consumer trends and technologies that can enhance direct-to-consumer marketing

  • where applicable, collaborate with Online team for multi-channel approach and with Market Research to generate insights, capitalizing on the database information

  • use all available sources (databases, web information) to gather and consolidate information on competitive programs

  • provide guidance on capture programs

  • recommend (following data crunching) actions plans to be AB tested, then contribute to their setup and execution in a strong co-leading role with local brand and omni/online coworkers, and analyze post action impacts and improvements to be done


  • Fluent in English

  • International Background

  • Master degree

  • Experience in cosmetics previously

  • Strong Analytiical skills

  • Passion for data-driven marketing and marketing intelligence

  • Proven success in using analytics to drive recommendations and concrete action

  • Ability to work in a “hands-on” mode contributing to pilots in collaboration with affiliates teams
