Global Marketing Associate - Short term contract
with Manager to support key marketing initiatives including brand re-launch and
China market execution, and lead select global marketing projects (SKU
rationalization, Skin Scanner, sharepoint, etc…) in line with brand strategy
and objectives. Manage all project timeline and deliverables, from the concept
to final delivery, embracing both big picture
objectives and follow through on details. Develop strong working
relationships with global partners, (including regions and affiliates) and
internal groups (including GBSC, GSR, Packaging, Digital, Merchandising,
Education, Finance, Creative and Global Communications) enabling two-way
constructive feedback, smooth workflow and progression of the Brand.
Areasof Responsibilities include:
Support the rollout of the brandre-launch, managing the timeline of all deliverables and developing assetsincluding copy and creative briefs
Support the global production ofassets and communication for the China affiliate, organizing all needs,timelines, calendars, claims and communication, including working with internaldepartments and external agencies
Lead SKU rationalization, developinganalysis and recommendations to optimize lineup
Manage sharepoint site for marketingdepartment, uploading and organizing all documents and managing users andaccess
Own meeting setup and recaps for keyweekly meetings, ensuring all relevant documents and products are prepared formeetings and taking notes to create recaps of discussions and next steps
Manage project timelines anddeliverables, working with key internal partners to ensure programs adhere todeadline and costs
Prepare necessary paperwork forprojects, including product briefs, creative and copy requests, artwork briefsetc…
Responsible forall day-to-day project tasks such as budget management, legal approvals,internal support team follow-ups, etc…
Assist in preparation ofmaterials/analysis for marketing presentations (ie. Innovation, Brand Strategy,Trunk Show, Regional Roundtable etc...)
Lead by example to create anenvironment that is encouraging, respectful and builds global team cooperation.
University Degree or equivalent in Marketing orBusiness preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience inMarketing
Should demonstrate a passion for thecosmetics business
Possess oral and written communication,analytical, creative and excellent computer skills (excel, ppt)
Must demonstrate ownership of programs,embracing both big picture objectives and follow through on details.
Must be accountable and organized with theability handle a multitude of projects in a fast-paced environment.
Must be flexible, determined and anexcellent team player.
Must possess the ability to build, fosterand nurture strong relationships and gain the respect of members of thecross-functional and affiliate teams.
Must be able to speak and write in Englishand French
