One of Estee Lauder Companies Brand is looking for his/her new Group Marketing Manager.
Position Overview :
Supportsin all aspects of marketing
Develops, manages and implements all product marketing strategies in coordination with internal and external departments, to further develop the Brand's performance (sales, profitability, image and competitive position).
Develops and fosters a strong 3-year rolling calendar and strategic plan in keeping with the overall category and Brand strategies and objectives globally.
Consistentlydelivers successful products and programs on time and in budget that help growthe business.
Manages, trains and develops the marketing expertise of direct reports.
Leadthe conception, development and implementation of innovative 360-degreemarketing strategies, promotional programs and product concepts in order todrive business globally and reinforce Brand equity.
Spearheadbrainstorming and development of all approved initiatives through strongpartnerships with support and partner groups
Directspreparation of all paperwork necessary to get projects into the system; Managesprogram development to ensure programs are on time, within budget and meetstrategic objectives
Servesas the source for all category related information and performs SKUs andportfolio analyses (shipment sales, COGS, line edit, pricing, sampling,competitive analysis, new product forecasts, brand and competitor copy andclaims)
Cultivatesclose collaborative relationships with regional marketing teams to ensureprograms developed by global Marketing meet regional market needs, and thatinformation is communicated to them
Workvery closely with colleagues and always maintains a positive, can-do,team-building attitude. Leads by example to create an environment that isencouraging, respectful, and builds team cooperation
Managesand is responsible for the performance of direct reports including on-timeperformance and accuracy of projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Position requires 8 years of marketing
Strong computer, creative, writing,strategic and analytical skills.
Autonomy, strong personal organizationskills and ability to set priorities, an individual with a rigorous businessand financial discipline. Must be flexible and determined; possessing theability to handle a multitude of projectsand the willingness to put in the timenecessary for success.
Good analytical capacities and thoroughknowledge in all areas of marketing, including knowledge of the functions ofproduct development, trade marketing, packaging design, advertising, and sales andtheir effect on product marketability.
