Corporate and Professional Services in ELC EMEA is complex is across Eurovison Paris, multiple affiliates and Supply Chain. It requires strong Procurement expertise to ensure the business secures best value but most importantly minimizes risk and maximizes opportunities.
This role will support on categories and for a subset of the Corporate Services category (Consulting, Financial, Legal Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Travel and Entertainment, Facilities Management and Auto leasing), as well as for Store Operations (maintenance and repair, safety/security, MRO supplies, energy, etc).
Responsibilities for the role:
Accountability contributing to the pipeline of sourcing initiatives and opportunities and delivering those opportunities once aligned on approach with the Category Director.
Track project performance and take action to resolve off track issues throughout the year.
Support the Category Development in the development of regional category strategies and expand spend under IP management for each of the sub-categories in scope.
Help define and implement regional category strategies, sourcing decisions through ongoing engagement with regional IP contacts.
Manage supplier relationships. For key relationships this includes conducting quarterly business reviews and evaluating opportunities to negotiate across different engagements.
Manage stakeholder relationships. This includes cross functional partners e.g. Finance, Strategy & Legal.
Development of expertise in the categories in scope, leveraging external sources.
Support the development and implementation of procurement standards, processes, tools and policies
Participate to EMEA Procurement’s communication and visibility within Estée Lauder
Addressable Category spend today is c. Euro 200million across EMEA. This IP lead role represents Procurement supports the Category Director across the 23 affiliates on sourcing and value improvement projects and carries a personal delivery target for the year to be agreed with the Category Director.
Strategic thinking. This role supports the Category Director in developing and executing the regional category strategies for Corporate and Professional Services.
Ability to work under tight deadlines & to switch from one project to another.
Demonstrate a depth of understanding in Corporate Services categories e.g. Travel, Company car leasing, Consultancy, Legal and Professional services, Facilities management, skilled at interpreting business requirements and developing solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills. This role will lead initiatives at regional and country level and will therefore engage with stakeholders in country procurement and across the organization.
Analytical & strong presentation skills, including Excel and Powerpoint
Proficient in ERP technology, preferably SAP SRM, and Ariba Sourcing and Contracts
Procurement skills are a requirement for this role, such as: Negotiation, Competitive Bidding, Contractual Agreements and Supplier Relationship Management
Project management skills to manage simultaneous sourcing projects in an efficient manner.
Good analytical skills to properly evaluate the categories and strategic thinking to device the best sourcing strategies.
