KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Work with Retail Omni-Channel Marketing Manager on retail marketing strategy, development of FSS marketing programs, coordination of new store openings, and create engaging and disruptive O2O retail experiences that can be deployed to markets in order to recruit, retain and engage consumers across retail channels.

KEY TASKS

  • Assist to develop retail marketing planning including retail calendar, assortment, engagement programs cross the consumer journey

  • Assist to create O2O experience for the key pillars for coming new launches of the brand

  • Asist to create brand CRM strategy and relevant CRM Assets

  • Assist in-store digital screen content creation/adaptation for key pillar new launches

  • Coordinate the roll-out of in-store digital experience tools (Ipads content, Youcam, skincare diagnosis) with global and EMEA local markets

  • Assist in briefing of the new door consumer journey for new/refurb door openings.

  • Carry out competitive analysis on retail experience in the beauty industry in order to stay up to date and relevant versus the competition.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION

The ideal candidate who has minimum bachelor degree in marketing and has 1st internship experience:

  • Work independently, agile and multi-tasking with ability to manage and meet deadlines

  • Good analytic and computer skills required (Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Be reliable, committed and willing to go above and beyond as and when the brand requires
