  • Project Management: The Director will help implement initiatives from the initial identification of a need to the eventual deployment of a solution. At any given time, the Director will be responsible for coordinating multiple large, cross functional initiatives, each having a diverse team that includes senior leaders from across the organization. Additionally, the Director will also be responsible for rolling out global functionalities

  • Problem Solving: Director will be responsible for assisting with a broad set of initiatives on an as needed basis. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Helping develop a business case

  • Identifying, communicating, and implementing best practices

  • Identifying high level costs

  • Calculating an ROI

  • Defining and measuring KPIs

  • Identifying customer needs

  • Ideating solutions

  • Working with cross-functional teams to leverage synergies, align on expectations, and distribute learnings

  • Applying a regional lens to global functionalities

  • Determining broader roll-out approach

  • Communication: Director will be responsible for monitoring and constructing materials to communicate progress, learnings, roadblocks, and plans to stakeholders, regional leadership, the Omnichannel Team, and the Omnichannel Leadership.

  • Independence of Action: The Director is expected to provide significant operating leverage to the VP of Omnichannel. Director will be expected to operate largely independently, leveraging the VP of Omnichannel primarily as a sounding board and a source of strategic direction.

Qualifications

  • MBA preferred; BA /BS in Business related field accepted

  • 8 years work experience in management consulting or retail operations, with a focus on consumer experience, retail, online

  • Comfort with consumer facing technology and an ability to articulate it’s impact to brands and relevant stakeholders

  • Excellent communicator, and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to understand incentives and ensure alignment in a matrixed organization

  • Strong attention to detail and results orientation; high work ethic and persistence to drive an initiative to completion; a “roll up the sleeves” attitude towards tackling a challenge
