The Online Regional Manager is responsible for the creation, development, and proper execution follow-up of a strong e-com animation plan. He/She is also responsible for achieving the Net Sales and profitability targets of the budget plan for the Brand Online in EMEA, on both brand sites and retailers.com / Pure Players. He/She is also responsible for working with the markets to provide the best e-commerce and digital marketing performance media recommendations, collect and share best practices / main e-com data KPI's / learnings for the brand across the region.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Is responsible for achieving regional e-commerce sales targets for brand sites & online retailers and Pure Players when and where applicable.

Creates, develops and makes sure of the proper execution of the regional online marketing plan to drive the overall net sales objective, as well as profitability (NOP) of the Brand in Online in EMEA. The person is in charge of delivering plans that help the markets drive the main e-com KPI's of all brand sites (traffic, opt-ins, net sales, profitability, conversion, Average Order Sale, Items Per Order). With retailers.com and Pure Players, the person is working closely with the markets and the brand teams to help define strong quarterly animation plans to gain market share, and successfully launch new platforms (30%)

He/She maintains clear communication plans, reporting & learning with major stakeholders, in New York, regionally and locally:

Definition of e-merchandising and e-com calendar to achieve regional online business sales forecast

Regional book of yes alignment and continued optimization with the regional brand and affiliates

Proposal and Development of new tactical programs to recruit and engage to purchase

§ To update project plans, reporting and analysis to drive the objectives of the Brand Regional strategies

§ Helps deliver the right assets, tools, collaterals materials to the affiliates for driving the e-commerce business with retailers.com and 3PP, working closely with the global and regional brand teams

§ Forecasting assistance: he/she is the regional lead with demand planning / supply chain and customer service teams for online activities

§ Collect, follow up and analyze jointly with the affiliates and brand teams, locally and regionally, the learning of digital campaigns and e-commerce performance media campaigns

COMMUNICATION, ANALYSIS & REPORTING

Directs and coordinates recurring meetings with regional brand teams & affiliates to provide performance analysis of both net sales results, brand online strategy, digital marketing investment performance analysis and best practices sharing with affiliates and brand teams.

Manage and issue monthly and quarterly reporting covering sales and online activities (CRM, e-com KPI's, performance marketing programs) to regional brand / affiliates / global brand with learning and insights to improve KPIs and drive ROI.

He/She is the main liaison and issuer of communications between main stakeholders (Brand teams, local Online teams, in affiliates, regionally and globally) to ensure alignment and awareness of ongoing activities.

FINANCE & BUDGET Manages the P&L according to regional targets (Net Sales and NOP), in collaboration with the affiliates and regional Finance Business Managers.
