The Online Regional Manager is responsible for the creation, development and execution of the activity of the pan-European hub site jomalone.eu, as well as the overall Jo Malone strategy Online in EMEA, in partnership with the brand team and the affiliates, both on the brand regional hub site and local brand sites (Russia, Middle East in particular), as well as e-Retail Partners Sites (especially Sephora, AS Watson and Douglas), as well as Pure Players if, when and where applicable. The Online Regional Manager will also be responsible for the proper launch of new markets coming into the brand site hub, in particular France (sept 2018).

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Is responsible for achieving regional e-commerce sales targets for brand sites & online retailers and Pure Players when and where applicable.

For Jo Malone regional hub site: responsible for planning the overall marketing activities, including the calendar of activities, the site refreshes, in collaboration with the regional digital agencies, the regional tech team and the translation agency. The person is also in charge of managing the regional forecast of all saleable and promo items for the brand site.

Creates, develops and executes the regional online marketing plan to drive the overall net sales objective, site database increase, and site traffic increase. The person is therefore in charge of driving the main e-com KPI's of the brand site (traffic, opt-ins, net sales, profitability, conversion, Average Order Sale, Items Per Order).

Is responsible for SEA, email and other sales-driving initiatives in collaboration with global, regional and local teams and regional agencies.

Maintains clear communication plans, reporting & learning with major stakeholders, in New York & London and regionally.

Ensures alignment and awareness of ongoing activities with regional and local online and brand teams for retailers

online activities and Pure Players where applicable.

COMMUNICATION & ANALYSIS & REPORTING Directs and coordinates recurring meetings with regional brand teams & affiliates to provide programs, brand online strategy, performance analysis and best practices sharing with affiliates and brand teams.

Manage and issue monthly and quarterly reporting covering sales and online activities (CRM, e-com KPI's, performance marketing programs) to regional brand / affiliates / global brand with learning and insights to improve KPIs and drive ROI guidelines.

Ensures customer service and supply chain teams are informed of all activities. The online regional manager is also the main point of contact for both brands' e-commerce queries.

FINANCE & BUDGET

Manages the P&L according to regional targets (Net Sales and NOP), in collaboration with the affiliates and regional Finance Business Managers.

Qualifications

  • Master Ideal

  • English mandatory, 1 or 2 other european languages ideal

  • 4 years of experience

  • Proficiency in excel, word, powerpoint

  • Job will require site testing on multiple devices (incl mobile OS).
