Summary

Direct EDPFM overall global consumer activities world-wide with the key purpose to bring unique brand equity to life and drive brand awareness, engagement, conversion and advocacy. This role will partner closely with all cross functional teams within the organization to define the optimal consumer facing programs inclusive of both launches – and evergreen programs. This person will partner will all regional and online teams to drive excellence in execution and will serve as key liaison on International Marketing activities related to consumer facing functions : International marketing, Communication , CRM.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct and execute the Consumer Engagement & Marketing strategy to bring brand equity to life and drive brand presence, awareness, engagement, conversion and advocacy with consumers world-wide.

  • Drive development and execution of an integrated pull-push strategy. Partner with cross functional teams to deliver consistent 360-degree programs to consumers.

  • Partner closely with all regions– ensuring brand has a close global-regional relationship. Communicate closely with regions, providing clear guidelines for global consumer marketing programs to better optimize local opportunities. Ensure local opportunities are tunneled back into brand for local relevancy.

  • Drive and implement global marketing calendars including consumer engagement activities. Guide measurement of all consumer marketing programs season on season to drive continuous improvement and positive ROI from all aspects of the consumer engagement mix.

  • Lead creative assets requests: content/images/video/copy…side by side with Creative with a global lens. Partner closely with Founder and General Manager across efforts.

  • Develop, lead and execute the digital marketing and social networking strategy; execution of social calendar, programs, and partnerships.

  • Partner closely with the online community in ensuring all brand online and retailer online opportunities are supported and maximized.

  • Partner closely with Store Design/ Merchandising Teams to support the best execution of the strategy in store.

  • Partner with retail education and events to identify, develop, and execute new tactics across all channels

  • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors supporting all consumer engagement strategies and programs where / when applicable.

  • Partner will all regional and online teams to drive excellence in execution and will serve as key liaison on International Marketing activities.

  • Drive the consumer engagement implementation in non –integrated markets.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Experience as Global Marketing Director in cosmetic industry for prestigius brand is recommanded

  • 10 years of relevant work experience

  • Strong experience in consumer marketing – driving evergreen, new products and CRM

  • Strong experience in working with regions and markets world-wide.

  • Strong understanding of media mechanism (including social)

  • Strong strategic thinking

  • Strong communication style - both verbal and written

  • Ability to analyze data and deduce implications for future 360 campaign executions

  • Team-player – highly collaborative and highly motivated to win as team
