Product Marketing Manager - Clinique - EMEA - (HF)
Lead the sustainable growth of Skin Care for Clinique in EMEA (55% MOB) and lead transversal projects for the brand such as Pan European Retailers customized programs, Skin Care Transformation, P100 initiatives.
Support development of EMEA 3 year marketing strategy for Skin Care in concert with Global Marketing and key partners in EMEA (consumer engagement, on line, visual merchandising, demand planning and affiliates) to further increase category growth, sales and market share.
Identify needs and gaps on products and assets based on consumer insights , and when needed build business cases to either request support from global marketing or get alignment to proceed regionally (for assets).
Align price strategy for launches, basic business and promotional items with global marketing and ensure compliance from affiliates. Partner with corporate pricing to identify opportunities from our portfolio and competitive moves.
Manages product portfolio per channel, PER retailer, door type (top doors, brand.com, 3PP, FSS, DS, different perf sizes…), by performing assortment analysis and assessing competitors’ evolution.
Enable and track flawless execution in point of sales of strategy, on categories of responsibility, providing guidelines and best practices to affiliates and closely following opportunities and gaps on execution for constant improvement.
New launches: Align with global and affiliates on business objectives for launches , then partner with demand planning to build volume forecasts for new launches to constantly improve forecast accuracy. Leads 360 planning for new launches , partnering with consumer engagement, on line, visual merchandising and affiliates, adapting global guidelines to regional opportunities. Owns the post launch report on key launches providing feedback on learnings/best practices to integrate on upcoming launches to global and affiliates.
Basic Business: Analyze new trends and results from past executions to project and track demand for key franchises, hero products and total category in the region to constantly improve forecast accuracy. Leads planning resupport of basic business , partnering with consumer engagement, on line, visual merchandising, demand planning & affiliates, adapting global guidelines to regional opportunities. Analyze monthly sell out trends on the categories and key franchises to identify opportunities to tackle through the marketing calendar.
Transversal projects: partners with corporate teams (key account, finance, strategy, etc) to contribute with Clinique expertise while representing the brand to establish needs and define scope and outcome of projects. In parallel works with the different departments within the brand to achieve targets established on transversal projects.
Other: Contributes to key business reviews, regular marketing updates with markets, ensure marketing calendar from region and affiliates are up to date on categories of responsibility, keep track of advertising and promo spending on programs under responsibility.
