Acts as the single point of contact for the EMEA Regional Brand teams in Paris on all Supply Chain related topics

 In conjunction with Demand Planning review the significant changes in the EMEA forecast requirements compared to the prior month and provide input on Demand vs. Supply collaboration results

 SIOP related activities including Supply Demand collaboration, Consensus meetings and inputs to Regional SIOP

 Communicates and updates both the EMEA Regional Brand teams and the EMEA affiliates on New Product Launches.

 Keeps track at any point of time of launch status for launches relevant to EMEA.

 Is the main EMEA contact for Global Brand Supply Chain (GBSC) on all launch issues impacting EMEA

 Communicates and updates to the Eurovision Brand Regional Leads and Affiliates/Markets on any long term basic business service impacts.

 In times of product shortage, agree market allocation priorities for EMEA with the Eurovision Brand Leads and allocate available quantities to these EMEA markets for both launch and long term critical basic items.

 In conjunction with the Centre of Excellence Inventory coordinator, participate in meetings with Eurovision on excess inventory within EMEA and agree liabilities.

Qualifications

 Bachelor?s degree preferable in a relevant Supply Chain discipline

 The ability to manage conflicting priorities and pressures as well as facilitating interaction

 Knowledge of Supply Chain with a relevant SAP background with at least 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate to higher levels in the organization.

 Be able to influence and challenge as well as adapting quickly and manage priorities

 Persistency, tenacity and a strong customer focus

 Proven ability to work collaboratively with individuals and in cross-functional teams

 Proven Change Management skills

 Demonstrated ability to analyze complex system relationships and manage multiple priorities

 Be comfortable working in a complex international environment

 Ability to work to deadlines and Integrator of new processes and concepts
