The EMEA SMC Project Coordinator is a key regional role between the Global head office and EMEA markets: responsible for tracking, organizing and producing assets as required to support the EMEA Markets. Liaise with Global & EMEA teams (VM, Marketing & Store Design) to ensure an efficient & timely work flow, communication of timelines and consistency of content. They will be working across many functional areas & vendors.


  • Work on the EMEA Marketing calendar (SMC and gondolas) to ensure consistency & strategy for all markets

  • Daily coordination with the Global VM team (CRQ and smartsheet)

  • Update and share VM documents to markets and global (SMC / gondolas calendar)

  • Work with vendors to ensure production, lead times and deliveries on time.

  • Lead the EMEA demand regarding MOSS inserts, bins and playtiles.

  • Communicate with markets VM updates (planogram, MRF, translation and pricing files, etc.)

  • Update where necessary artwork and make minor changes if required (Indesign)

  • Ensure all markets are placing their orders for each VM update.

  • Support the markets by leading regional productions of SMC and gondolas toppers by working with several vendors on different projects.

  • Work daily with affiliates to identify regional needs & collect feedback and resultsDECISION MAKING: 25 %

  • Continually seek improvements of the existing VM tools & processes (artworks, translation, trackers …)

  • Lead specific programs for EMEA markets and ensure corresponding assets are delivered in a timely manner by Global or regionally

  • Follow and ensure VM updates are correctly done (VM tracker).PROBLEM SOLVING: 25 %* Communicate regularly with affiliates, other departments and Global to make sure all information used are up to date.* Assist markets and offer adapted solutions to potential issues


  • Superior organizational and prioritization skills

  • Ability to manage several topics within the same timeframe (organizational transversality & proactivity)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, time management and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Adobe InDesign (Illustrator & Photoshop is a plus)

  • Understanding of current Beauty Markets competition / retail trends / fashion….

  • Good communication and coordination among various departments

  • English fluent required - other languages are a plus

  • BA or BFA / BAC 5

  • 1 to 3 years of experience

  • English & French fluent
