The HR talent Acquisition Manager will work strategically with the business, structuring and implementing a targeted Talent Acquisition strategy and best in-class process. Aim and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. With all affiliates & global teams accelerate the shift to a digital and online-first mentality.

Use the HRIS a first reflex and become an HR-Connect Talent and Linked-In superuser, ensure value realization and support affiliates, to have a consistent and aligned base of working across the region.

Build a pipeline of Talent in coordination with Global / Regions and affiliates (internal & external), focusing on increasing critical capabilities in direct-to-consumer, as : creative-, e-commerce-, digital- , social- influencer & consumer engagement capabilities. Ensure right mindset and behaviors according to Group Values.

Support & Coach internal talent throughout the mobility process and give them exposure and visibility on next steps. Become a facilitator to ensure retention, promoting a culture of recognition, inclusion, & diversity to build an outstanding employee experience. Contribute to our Employee Value Proposition. Create a mindset and work on behaviors that drive this goal.

Actively support the HRIS / OneSource Organization and Fast to Action Teams.

Talent Acquisition

Responsible for recruiting/staffing open positions for the region with internal and external Talent

ü Establishing and updating appropriate job descriptions in coordination with managers

ü Proactively work with external Recruiting Partners to find external candidates

ü Create a Talent Database through internal and external candidates

ü Manage and implement interviews and work together with HR Manager/team to initiate on-boarding process

ü Constantly monitor the recruiting market, to identify the best suitable people for the affiliate/organization

Implement recruiting/staffing activities

ü Manage recruiting/employer branding activities through career fairs, university recruitment programs, social media.

ü Partner with outstanding Business Schools and universities (HEC, ESSEC…)

ü Work together with HR Managers and EMEA on further optimizing career website, internal job posting, newsletters, internal recruiting process, internal mobility process, exposure, career paths..etc.

ü Monitor recruiting metrics, key-KPIs and determine methods to improve results

ü Responsible for processes: coordination with Global Talent Team, tools, Sharepoint/TEAMS with the operational support of the VP HR Executive Assistant. Interacts with HRDs and business to get reliable data on time.

Learning & Development

The TA will support strategic a certain number of HR Talent Development & Learning initiatives and will drive execution across the region utilizing effective project management practices and skills. He/she will be responsible for Supporting the design and delivery of learning and development activities, communicating tools and resources effectively to the HR business partners and ensuring high quality execution.


5 years’ experience in HR with at least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment/staffing

  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and matrix structure

  • Strong in people skills, able to detect potential

  • Strong presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Expertise in developing talent acquisitions tools (Taleo, social media, Linkedin) and implementing innovative talent acquisition initiatives across the region in alignment with Global

  • Proven project management skills, with ability to run several projects at a time

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize
