Description

  • Support management and execution support focus for all points of distribution for specific brand(s) in ELC portfolio. Manages overall operational excellence for Store Design function, ensuring consistency with global guidelines, while implementing and integrating local relevancy, within budget and timing constraints.

  • Well verse knowledge in execution and creative of VM function to integrate with Store Architecture.

  • Delivers speed-to-market design and construction solutions at point of sales for On-time market development and construction documentation coordination of projects for shopfitter action to opening with NY and Regional business partnership.

  • Fostering quality and creativity enhancements in alignment with global brand imagery across brand(s) of responsibilities by increasing knowledge base and store planning solutions, to influence with creating design alternatives to guide NY and Regional business partnership.

  • Manage budget, develop annual spending plan, track monthly expenses vs budget and provide detail report in alignment and coordination with brand and IP partners. Leverage industry best practices in creating cost optimization initiatives aligning with Brand(s) together with IP needs and strategies to guide NY and Regional business partnership.

  • Organize post-inspection, redline and punchlist for various distribution types and special projects for specific brands for shopfitter rectification and design request improvement as req’d to guide NY and Regional business partnership.

  • Comprehensive archival of projects and related data management for analysis and maintain continuing knowledge of changing dynamics/trends of design function

  • Build strong partnership and timely collaboration with China Brand leaders, Regional and NY business partners. Proactively share and engage CDC master-plan with Brand, Regional and NY partners to ensure transparency and timely communication for action.

  • Develop and Manage specific key initiatives in centralizing and deploying shared services in CDC growth and development.

  • Direct and in-direct competitor tracking in areas of process and innovation in design, function, cost and speed in delivery. 25-50% Traveling required

Qualifications

Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in interior, industrial, architecture or relevant design field.

Work Experience: 6 years of work experience in relevant design field.

Skills: Computer & English literacy, Ability to communicate with people of all levels and background.

Personality: Passionate and hard working with good interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and to work in a fast paced environment, enjoys a creative, challenging and learning environment.
