  1. Payroll management: Ensure timely and quality delivery of monthly payroll related reports (e.g.: payroll detail report, benefit report, accrual reports) based on FESCO’s calculation for all office staff;

  2. Budget and rolling forecast: Prepare monthly C&B related reports (e.g.: monthly rolling forecast), and participate in the annual budget cycle or other tasks as assigned;

  3. Expatriate and executive C&B management: Manage expatriate & executive team compensation and benefit operation, (e.g.: monthly payroll, tax, relocation related issues);

  4. Equity management: Manage equity program, including annual vesting, annual communication, and daily transactions;

  5. Flex benefits program management: Work with vendors to set up the benefits platform and manage enrollment activities;

  6. HR data management: Maintain all employee relevant data in global HR system in an accurate and timely manner, and monitor the data accuracy in other HR related system, especially in HRC system;

  7. Reporting: Set up the analysis report center for office part, and prepare the required reports on schedule;

  8. Work closely with regional ESC team, and take part in the regular APAC and China meeting, as well as testing and projects as needed;

  9. Maintain a good relationship with HRBP, ESC team and vendors. Control the quality of the service provided by vendor.



  1. Bachelor degree with 3-year working experience in C&B in multinational companies;

  2. Both excellent computer skills especially in excel and good data analysis skill are a must;

  3. Good team player with service-oriented mindset;

  4. Responsible working attitude and driving for excellent spirit;

  5. Good communication skill, detail oriented and self-started;

  6. Fluent in both oral and written English is preferable.
