Achieve counter sales goals and business objectives through:

  • Motivate Beauty Advisors (BAs) to maximize the Brand’s retail sales

  • Efficient management of daily counter operations

  • Good management of stock inventory

  • Development and supervision of BAs

  • Marketing set up details and point of sales execution for product launch and promotions

  • Implement, execute and monitor incentive programs for BAs


1) Sales

  • Coach and works closely with BAs at the counter to increase retail sales

  • Review sales targets and performance of top doors on a monthly basis with Area Sales Manager (ASM)

  • Analyze performance of business vs sales objectives

  • Provides input for product ordering, product mix and assortment

  • Inform ASM of stock issues and coordinate with retailers and warehouse to solve problems.2) Marketing

  • Coordinate and execute setting up details relating to High Profile Promotions and in-store programs and promotions

  • Provide feedback on marketing opportunities and identifies marketing potential for new and existing products

  • Ensure brand and counter image as well as visual merchandising are in line with brand standards and philosophy

  • Monitors and identifies marketing potential for new and existing products

  • Co-ordinate, liaison and execute all setting up details pertaining to High Profile Promotions3) Counter Management and Visual Merchandising

  • Co-ordinate all Visual Merchandising materials and counter hardware for all POS

  • Plan counter merchandising planogram according to global guidelines

  • Manage new counter opening and renovation

  • Manage visual change and focused counter displays according to global VM guidelines4) Supervision and Team Management of Consultants

  • Assist ASM in the recruitment of Beauty Advisors and ensure sufficient staffing coverage for the counters

  • Conducts on-counter orientation and elementary product training for new Beauty Advisors to enable them to perform their job until formal training is organized by the Training Managers

  • Evaluate the performance of consultants and work closely with training managers to enhance product knowledge and sales technique to improve performance

  • Ensure BA upheld grooming standards of the brand6) Administration

  • Raise no-charge product orders

  • Generate sales reports

  • Place orders for uniforms of Beauty Advisors


  • Diploma in Business Administration with a minimum of 3 years’ working experience or a general degree with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the travel retail industry or high-end cosmetic industry

  • Well groomed

  • Good organization and communication skills

  • Good presentation skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel

  • Willingness to travel

  • Proven sales track record
