Digital:

  1. Deal with digital media agency and digital agency in daily work by setting effective KPI targets to ensure the delivery of content is consistent, effective & customer focused, and deliver analysis report to track program/project performance & cost-effectiveness, provide recommendation for enhancement

  2. Assist digital manager to develop SEM annual plan with clear process for planning, execution and review to ensure quality deliverables

  3. Maintain good relationship and KOLs with digital media to seek more in-depth corporation

  4. Assist digital manager to develop e-mail marketing communication plan for acquisition, conversion & retention

  5. Assist digital manager to develop and implement online new customer recruitment programs, eg. online sampling and database marketing

  6. Collect key competitor’s online campaign and understand their online strategy

  7. Work with internal team and corporate Internet team to optimize the brand image and consumer interaction

  8. Analysis of digital environment trend(especially on SNS/community site/iWOM platform)/category performance/LA MER performance vs competition

Social:

  1. Deal with social media agency in daily work by setting effective KPI targets to ensure the delivery of content is consistent, effective & customer focused, and deliver analysis report to track program/project performance & cost-effectiveness, provide recommendation for enhancement

  2. Assist digital manager to develop the evaluation methods on social media effectiveness to ensure the delivery.

  3. Assist digital manager to closely monitor and well manage crisis with quick reaction plan

Qualifications

  1. University graduate with minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing related field. Experience in luxury and prestige industry related brand is a plus

  2. Good knowledge in social media, minimum 1 years' practical experience on popular social media platforms like Weibo, WeChat, experience in creative marketing planning is preferable

  3. Strong knowledge in minisite production, content development, SEM and SEO skill, media co-operation, database management. E-commence will be a plus.

  4. Proven digital marketing initiative and experience with successful campaigns

  5. Excellent analytical skills, good time management, and attention to details

  6. Fluent in English and Chinese
