Sales Admin

  • Retails Sales reporting including:

  • Daily sales report

  • Weekly tracking of launch campaign performance/promotion sales

  • Monthly sales summary & KPI analysis

  • Monthly service tracking summary

  • Sell-in administration:

  • Weekly counter inventory reporting, counter supply PO tracking

  • Counter sell-in order planning & allocation including salable & gift wrapping collateral

  • Monthly counter inventory & order management of testers/samples

  • Support counter return process

  • Other sales operation

  • Maintain counter & stylist information up to date

  • New door opening support, documentation/contract processing.

  • Counter expense monthly claim

  • Counter staff system related application & Commission consolidation

  • Purchase & No Charge order processing to support brand activities

Qualifications

  1. With related work experience at a multinational company is preferred but not limited

  2. Good spoken and written English & Mandarin

  3. Good computer skills, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access

  4. Careful and Pro-active attitude; Good analytical skill and logic thinking; Ability to work under pressure

  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills; A team player with strong willingness to learn

  6. Presentable and possess a strong sense of style

  7. A passion for Brand and overall cosmetics industry
