1, One plan development at annual base and project base.

  • Liaise among brand team, EC team and local Creative team to share the same vision, goal and business targets.

  • Support MD and BGMs to develop one plan at annual base and at project base to ensure brand strategy and implementation consistency cross functionally and in multiple channels.

  1. Project Management & Execution
  • Work with Line Manager to lead brand key campaigns and big Tmall occasions 360 marketing plan integration at local level.

  • Develop operational plans for project’s working group, manage execution, collect, track and measure results

  • Drive timely implementation of project and measure for continuous improvement, by closely working with other functions including Brand team, EC team, and creative team, as well as Region and Global teams

3, Business analysis & presentation, online/offline intelligence integration

  • Support line manager to collect and synthesize data, to develop strategic presentations and related business analysis for affiliate management team, regional and global

  • Lead intelligence integration by working with brand product team, digital team, corporate CI and EC business analysis functional manager to support team on trend identification, forecast optimization, and distribution optimization

4, Partner with Omni project leader to support the Omni store project

-Support Omni project leader to integrate Omni store operational needs into whole brand and EC marketing plan

-Lead operational plan together with Omni project leader by riding on integrated brand plan

-Drive implementation in the store with project leader by liaise among Brand teams, EC team and creative team, track and continuously improve the performance

  • = 5 year in strategy/marketing consulting firm: experience of working on projects based in clients is preferred
