12-month contract coverage – ConsumerEngagement Executive for Tom Ford Beauty has now become available.
role will report directly to the National Marketing and Sales Manager, and will
be responsible for, but not limited to:
Planningand implementation of the Brand’s integrated marketing & consumerengagement activity across social/digital media channels and CRM.
Leveragescustomer loyalty data, initiates and drives the CRM strategies for the Brand,including the long-term and short-term objectives of consumer engagement,consumer experience and business performance.
Leveragecustomer data in offline-to-online media efforts, and support in drivingintegrated marketing and Omni channel efforts.
Implementall in-store execution programs including merchandising, collateral, non-saleableproduct (samples/testers), in-store events with timely delivery to trade.Implantation of animation calendars for each retailer.
Monitorresults and channel competiveness to ensure brand executional excellence.
