An excellent opportunity is now available for a highly engaging sales

professional to join our Companies of Brands as the Sales and Education

Executive partnering in NSW on a 10 month coverage.

Our ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader who is energetic,

enthusiastic, business savvy, and enjoys building retail productivity and team

engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Within this fast paced role you would be responsible for implementation

of retail sales strategies including staffing rosters; events; stock

management; negotiation with store management and very importantly, ensuring

sales targets are achieved. Additionally, you will be responsible for the

development of a team of Beauty Advisors by facilitating in store coaching and

by working alongside our retail teams.


You will also possess the following skills:

  • Leads by example in attitude, brand culture, motivation and candemonstrate a successful personal sales record

  • Leadership and development of others – personally guided and contributedto individual and team success

  • Hands-on coaching skills with proven ability to transfer knowledgewithin a sales driven environment

  • Uses initiative and sound judgement in business planning with previousexposure to creating, implementing and negotiating business building ideas

  • Managed operational effectiveness across multiple sites in a retailenvironment

  • Proven ability and experience in negotiating with senior management andbusiness partners.

Your experience should speak for itself through management of previous

cosmetic counters (minimum 2 years) or within a multi-site field management

position. Importantly you are a proven self-starter who has the skills &

experience to “hit the ground running” and you are ready to take up the

challenge!! This role will needed you to hold a valid NSW driver’s license.

This role will require you to be a strong negotiator and problem solver,

having an excellent eye for detail - with the ability to influence a broad

range of people at all levels.
