Position Summary:

The Visual Merchandising Executive is to review, support and design Visual Merchandising (VM) priorities, workflow & management of the brand portfolio. Has clear planning, production to execution of VM collateral guidelines (VMCG), VM planogram for bars & back walls, light boxes, promotions and local production.

Plan and review the brand standards and launch guidelines. Partners with marketing teams to deliver the work across the fiscal year to meet business objectives. Enables in a new store planning to help multifunctional team to understand the site/shopper differences that can better drive brand equity for the brand portfolio.


1. VM Collateral Guidelines (VMCG) for launches

i. Establish regional display guidelines

ii. Review global launch with marketing & adapt

iii. Displays for renewal/new counter opening

iv. To develop sets/gifts display for various locations

2. VM Planograms – skincare and fragrance bars & back wall

i. Drive reviews and updates for regional approval usage

ii. Planogram for launches

iii. Establish new launch format for template

iv. Communicating & managing VM design approvals in renewal/new counters

3. Light box planning, vetting & supplier implementation across, for launches

i. Acquire from headquarters and review light box guidelines

ii. Work with vendor to crop, dimension and review prior to installation

iii. Lead color proofing to finalize quality output; with supplier

iv. Review and approve translations/lockups for light boxes for all locations

v. Ensure implementation is completed with field Merchandisers on the right color quality

4. Promotions for various standard sites across

i. Develops with team unique requirements for launches/promos

ii. Briefing to suppliers to ensure executions are properly briefed

5. Local Production for new launches & counter installations.

i. Establish requirements through planning & ordering with marketing

ii. Track status of orders & ensure timely delivery to installations for new doors

iii. Provide estimates costs of VM display for renewal/new stores budgeting



  • Bachelor in Design related fields or Bachelor in Fine Arts preferred

  • At least 1-2 years of retail merchandising or related field experience preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

  • Strong organization, follow up and prioritization skills

  • Experience working in fast-paced organization, able to communicate & multi-task with different external & internal departments to execute the completion of projects

  • Keen interest & passion for the beauty industry business & lifestyle products

  • Knowledge of computer programs including, Adobe Suite, Microsoft office

  • Knowledge of CAD or Vector works will be an advantage

  • Good command of both written & spoken English is necessary
