Consumer Marketing Manager Benelux - MAC

Description

  • You ensure clear objectivesare set for any campaign. The Brand owns the overall marketing and digitalstrategy and works closely with the Consumer Engagement and E-commerce functions;preparing briefs with clear objectives and KPIs per campaign, planning budgets,reviewing plans etc.

  • Define the key messages for consumer communication

  • Drive campaign performance analyses

  • Define the target consumer profile(s), adapting Global / Regionalguidelines to local opportunities

  • Define the advertising and distribution mix for the upcomingyear

  • Work closely with the Retail and Visual Merchandising teamson innovation and continuous improvement of in-store consumer experience

  • Define how the Consumer Journey(s) should look like,combining all communication on an omnichannel level

  • Build the 360° marketing plan for the brand, in coordinationwith Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Merchandiser, Brand Manager and Onlineteams

  • Analyse, interpret and convert customer needs into a digitalbrand strategy

  • Translate local consumer insights into marketing and sellingopportunities

Qualifications

  • Background in a Digital/Media Agency, Consumer drivenindustry, and/or retail (beauty) industry), preferably experience with Luxurybrands

  • You have customer-oriented, conceptual thinkingout-of-the-box mindset – entrepreneurial approach is key

  • You dare to dream big and can do so in long-term strategicalway

  • We target at least 7 years experience

  • Incredible persuasion skills based on your broad knowledgeof the digital world

  • Eye fordigital trends and innovation

  • Excellent written and spoken communications in Dutch,English and French

  • High energy level

  • Budget management experience

  • Financial modeling and analysis knowledge

  • Very strong communication skills,

  • Excellent team player and interpersonal skills,

  • Organization skills and an orientation to detail,self-motivation,

  • Open-mindedness.
